Kristy Hicks founded The Sudsy Dogmobile in 2007.   She is a Colorado native and grew up right here in Colorado Springs.  

She is an avid dog lover and has had at least one dog in her life since she was 5 years old!  

In 2010 The Sudsy Dogmobile was doing so well that Kristy decided to expand the business and get a second trailer.  Her husband Joe Hicks decided to join her in business.

Joe grew up in Northwest Washington on a large horse ranch.  He is a country boy at heart and an animal lover.  He has owned dogs, horses and other various animals all his life.  Joe moved to Colorado in 2008 to get away from the rain and not to long after met and fell in love with Kristy.  We have many common interests, most of them revolving around animals and the outdoors.   

We currently have a boxer boy Jaximus the Terror or Jax for short, he was born October 2, 2010.  We love to go camping, hiking or just wondering around our neighborhood.  Kristy is taking Jax through training classes at All Breed Rescue & Training and hopes to do Agility and Rally-O with him as well as certify him as a Therapy dog.  We also enjoy just hanging out at the house snuggling on the couch watching movies.
